121.08 DISSENT OR PROTEST BY MEMBERS.

Any member may dissent from or protest against any ordinance, resolution or main motion carried in Council and have in writing and in respectful language and shall be presented not later than the next regular meeting after passage of such ordinance, resolution or main motion by Council. Such presentation shall be in Council prior to adjournment or in the next meeting immediately after the reading of the minutes by the Clerk.
