121.03 DUTIES OF PRESIDENT.
   The President of Council shall preserve decorum and shall decide all questions of order, subject to appeal of Council. In case of appeal, the question is: Shall the decision of the chair stand as the decision of Council? When any member transgresses the rules of Council, the President of Council or any member may call them to order, in which case the member called shall lose the floor unless permitted to explain by majority vote of Council.
   The President of Council is responsible for designating seating arrangements for the members of Council.
   The Safety-Service Director, or a member of the Sharonville Police Department, shall serve as the Sergeant at Arms of Council meetings. In the event of a disruption in any meeting, the President of Council may call on the Sergeant at Arms to return the meeting to order. (Ord. 2023-20. Passed 3-28-23.)
