731.13 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

(a) The City may at any time revoke a permit issued pursuant to these regulations on any of the same grounds listed in this Chapter for denial of the permit. The Safety Service Director or his/her designee shall promptly notify the owner/operator in writing of the order of revocation.

(b) When a permit is revoked, the revocation shall continue for one year.
