731.04 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OPERATION OF A TEEN NIGHTCLUB.

   Teen nightclubs shall be operated only as follows:

   (a)    The club may operate on any day of the week;

   (b)    On Friday and Saturday nights, it shall close no later than 12:00 midnight;.

   (c)    On weekdays it shall close no later than 10:30 p.m.

   (d)    Proof of insurance that has coverage equal to or exceeding the requirements listed under Section 731.01(g).

   (e)    Any other requirements as provided in this Chapter.
