143.08 ASSISTANCE TO TOWING/WRECKER COMPANIES IN OBTAINING BMV PAPERWORK.

(a) The Police Department is authorized to offer their assistance to Sharonville Towing/Wrecker companies upon request in processing the necessary paperwork and mailings to obtain salvage titles for vehicles towed by these companies where the Police Department is not currently obligated by State law to so act.

(b) The Police Department is authorized to recover their costs associated with this service provided to local towing/wrecker companies with a current agreed upon price of thirty dollars ($30.00) per title, which amount can be adjusted by the Police Department in the future if the price of providing this service changes.
