733.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor subject to the maximum fine allowed by law. Each day on which such activities are conducted in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any legal remedy, as described above, an offender who violates this chapter for a third time, regardless of the timeframe, shall be prohibited from soliciting within the City.
