171.18 PENALTY.

   (a)   Any person divulging information in violation of Section 171.09(f) shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense and imprisoned no more than six months, or both, for each subsequent offense. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the above penalty, any employee of the City who violates the provisions of this section relative to the disclosure of confidential information shall be charged with an act of insubordination subject to immediate dismissal.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of Chapter 171 or 172 of the Codified Ordinances of Sharonville is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and is punishable as provided in Section 501.99 of the Sharonville Codified Ordinances.
