717.04 HOURS OF BUSINESS; PURCHASE FROM MINORS.

No business under this chapter shall purchase or receive by sale, barter, exchange or otherwise, any article covered by this chapter. of a minor, knowing or having reason to believe him to be such. A junk dealer and a motor vehicle salvage dealer shall not conduct business with any person between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. There shall be no time restriction for an impound lot.
