717.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No junk dealer, motor vehicle salvage dealer, or impound lot shall engage in the businesses as set forth in this chapter, without first having obtained and paid for a license as hereinafter provided. Any individual or entity which operates more than one such business shall obtain licenses for each business.
