1501.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or the Unified Fire Code as adopted herein or any lawful order issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). For any second or subsequent offense, any violator is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Regardless of the penalties imposed herein, an organization convicted of an offense pursuant to Section 501.11 of the Codified Ordinances shall be punished as provided in Section 501.99(b) of the Codified Ordinances.
