1319.02 REGISTRATION, FEES.

   (a)   All persons engaged in or intending to engage in the business of plumbing and sewage disposal installation work within the limits of the City, shall register with the City.

   Any person may make application for registration to do plumbing and sewage disposal installation work within the City. A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall accompany the application for registration of any person who intends to engage in the business of plumbing and sewage disposal.

   "Person" includes a corporation or partnership as well as an individual but does not include employees. A person registered with such City shall also register all employees working under or assisting such person in all plumbing or sewage disposal work within such City.

   (b)   All registration shall expire on December 31 of each year, and the renewal fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

   (c)    All plumbing permits shall be obtained through the Hamilton County or the Butler County Plumbing Departments. (Ord. 93-34. Passed 5-11-93.)
