1315.15 FALLING MATERIALS OR FLUIDS.

   No person engaged in the construction, alteration, repair, clearing, removal or demolition of any building in the Municipality shall throw, cast or drop or cause or permit to be thrown, cast or dropped from any elevation of such building, into or upon any of the streets, alleys or other public ways or places in the Municipality, any timber, iron, stone, brick, plaster, shingles, roofing, shavings, chips or other building materials, fluid, rubbish or debris of such buildings. No person engaged as aforesaid shall lower and remove from such building, any timber, material, rubbish, debris or other substances aforesaid, except by the careful use of machinery, buckets, baskets, slides, troughs or such other appliances as may be deemed by the Building Official to be proper to insure against injury and annoyances to the public in the use and enjoyment of such street, alley or other public way or place.
