1315.13 DEBRIS TO BE DAMPENED.

Every contractor or other person, while erecting, altering, repairing or wrecking any building from which debris is to be moved, or in removing, handling or hauling debris, from any building, shall keep all such debris thoroughly dampened with water so as to prevent excessive dust arising therefrom. (Ord. 61-20. Passed 5-16-61.)
