1315.11 REMOVAL OR ALTERATION OF TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.

All fences, barricades, buildings, building materials, walks, drive-over pads, rubbish or obstructions of any kind, in any street, sidewalk or alley shall be removed or changed, when so ordered by the Building Official for the protection of the public.
