1315.10 RED LIGHTS.

   All pits, excavations, buildings, building materials, rubbish, obstructions, temporary fences, walks, drive-over pads and barricades of any kind, in or upon a street, alley or sidewalk, shall have red lights placed at each end or corner, and when such obstruction exceeds fifty feet in length, there shall be an additional red light for each additional fifty feet or fraction thereof. All lights shall be placed and maintained so as to give ample warning of danger to pedestrians and drivers of vehicles. (Ord. 61-20. Passed 5-16-61.)
