1315.08 USE OF GUY ROPES AND MATERIAL HOISTS.

Guy ropes for derricks and hoists or other equipment shall not be stretched across a street, alley or public space. Building material shall not be hoisted or lowered over sidewalks, unless authorized by special permit of the Building Official. (Ord. 61-20. Passed 5-16-61; Ord. 2015-36. Passed 9-8-15.)
