1314.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be separately punishable under this chapter.
