1314.07 FEE FOR REINSPECTION OF RETENTION/DETENTION BASINS.

After the initial annual inspection required hereunder, in the event that any individual or business shall fail to remedy the conditions ordered, and in the event that a reinspection is required, and further in the event that the reinspection determines that the condition has not been remedied, such individual or business shall be liable for every inspection fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per reinspection to apply for the first and any subsequent required reinspections.
