1313.04 GARAGE OR CARPORT REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION.
A garage or carport of not less than 200 square feet of floor space is hereby required in all new one-family and two-family constructions.
The side yard requirements presently required for each residential zone construction shall be maintained for either garage or carport construction.
No existing garage or carport area in or on any residential property shall be eliminated unless replaced with a garage or carport located on the same property.
