1311.04 DECISIONS OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL; APPEAL TO BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.

The Building Official shall determine all questions arising under this Code and the laws and regulations in force in the Municipality relating to the same subject matter. In case of dissatisfaction with any decision, except in respect to insecure and unsafe buildings and premises requiring immediate action, the question in dispute may be referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
