1305.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE; APPLICATION AND PURPOSE.

   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the Municipality, the ICC International Property Maintenance Code, current edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. (ICC) and which is incorporated fully herein as if set out at length, for the purpose of establishing minimum standards for all existing structures and premises to protect the public health, safety and welfare.
