1303.04 STATE BUILDING PERMIT SURCHARGE.

The City Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to establish a separate fund to be known as the Board of Building Standards Agency Fund for the purpose of accounting for a three percent (3%) fee collected on building permits. This fund is being established at the direction of the State Auditor.
