1303.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE; APPLICATION AND PURPOSE.

   Pursuant to the authority of Ohio R.C. 731, the Council hereby adopts by reference and incorporates the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards pursuant to its authority under Ohio R.C. 3781.10. This Code shall regulate the erection, construction, repair, alteration and maintenance of residential dwellings, specifically all one, two and three-family dwellings in the City of Sharonville. The Residential Code of Ohio shall be enforced by the City of Sharonville from and after the effective date of the passage of this section.
