913.01 RENTAL FEES AND USE CRITERIA.
The use of the Community Center Building and meeting rooms of Municipal recreational facilities shall be rented in accordance with the following criteria. The Recreation Director shall implement the following criteria for use of and costs for renters of such recreational facilities, and shall make such determinations in relation thereto as the Director deems best for and in the interests of the community.

(a) Residential and Sharonville Community Organizations.
(1) The Recreation Director shall establish such fees as are necessary to cover municipal costs of setup, cleanup and other services provided relating to the use of such facilities. The fee schedule for picnics and rental rates for the municipal recreation buildings are hereby adopted and incorporated into this section as follows:

(2) The Recreation Director:
A. Shall set the hours of occupancy.
B. Shall maintain a schedule of such rentals.
C. May require an informal questionnaire relating to type of organizations, names and addresses of persons responsible, estimated attendance, activities for which rental is contracted, use for which profit, if any, may be used, relation of organization to Municipality and such other information as the Director may require.
D. May enter into a contract for such rental with such person or organization and require a bond of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) as a security deposit.

(3) "Sharonville community organizations" are defined as those community organizations with a significant Sharonville involvement.
Rentals under subsection (a)(4) hereof are limited to one time during a calendar year of January 1 through December 31.

(b) Effective Date. The effective date for such rental costs shall be the effective date of this section and all contractural agreements may be amended in accordance herewith when applicable.
(c) Rules and Regulations. The Recreation Director may in addition establish such other rules and regulations relating to the use of its facilities as the Director may deem necessary and proper.
