911.17 RULES TO BE ADOPTED BY SAFETY-SERVICE DIRECTOR; COLLECTION DATES.

The Safety-Service Director shall be authorized to arrange date schedules for the public collection of waste in the various sections of the Municipality.

The Safety-Service Director shall be authorized to adopt rules governing the collection and disposal of garbage from hotels, restaurants and other like places by duly authorized hotel garbage collectors.

The Safety-Service Director shall be authorized to prepare and publish rules for the effective administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Any such rules so published shall have the force of law, and a violation of any rule intended to effect the purpose of any section of this chapter shall be punished in the same way as a violation of such section.
