911.15 EXPENSE OF REMOVING ABANDONED PROPERTY.

   Any expense to which the Municipality may be put in connection with the removal of abandoned property from vacant premises as authorized herein, shall be chargeable to the person unlawfully depositing the same on such vacant premises. The charge shall be equal to the actual expense plus a fifteen percent surcharge to cover supervision and other overhead expenses. (Ord. 707. Passed 8-28-42.)
