911.14 REMOVAL OF ABANDONED AUTOMOBILES AND WRECKAGE.

Any automobile, automobile wreckage, trash or material of any kind abandoned on vacant or unoccupied premises without the consent of the owner thereof, shall be removed therefrom by the appropriate division or department of the Municipality. Automobiles so abandoned shall be dealt with as provided in Sections 303.08 and 303.09 of the Traffic Code. (Ord. 707. Passed 8-28-42.)
