911.13 DUMPING.

   No person shall dump combustible waste material on any public or private dump or any other public or private property. No person shall dump dirt or other noncombustible material of any kind on any Municipal property without the written permission of the Safety-Service Director or on other property without the written permission of the owner or lessee thereof. When such permission is granted, dumping shall be subject to all the regulations prescribed by Council or the Safety-Service Director. (Ord. 707. Passed 8-28-42.)
