911.12 DISPOSAL OF COMBUSTIBLE COMMERCIAL GARBAGE.

Commercial garbage shall be collected by the Municipality in accordance with rules to be established by the Safety-Service Director; provided that the owner of any hotel, restaurant or like place may dispose of its garbage by contract with any duly authorized contractor.
