911.10 STREET WASTE RECEPTACLES.

Waste receptacles of the MunicipaIity placed on the sidewalks and streets shall be used only for such waste material as persons may have for disposal while passing along the streets. Such receptacles shall in no case be used for the disposal of trash, refuse or other waste material accumulated in residences or places of business. (Ord. 707. Passed 8-28-42.)
