911.06 DEPOSITING GARBAGE ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.

No person shall throw, place or deposit garbage in any street or other public place or on any public or private property, except in proper waste containers. No person shall remove the lid from any waste container without replacing the same. (Ord. 707. Passed 8-28-42.)
