911.03 SETTING OUT WASTE CONTAINERS.

   Combustible and noncombustible wastes shall be set out in proper waste containers on collection days at such places, on the premises or on the sidewalk adjacent thereto, as shall be in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Safety-Service Director. Waste containers placed on the sidewalk shall be promptly removed therefrom after the same have been emptied. (Ord. 707. Passed 8-28-42.)
