901.03 PUBLIC SERVICE CORPORATIONS.

Public service corporations may do their own restoration work in connection with the opening of streets for maintenance and construction work, and may obtain permits to open streets without cash deposits, but such permits shall be issued only when the restoration work is promptly done, and when the subsequent opening proceeds at a rate no faster than the previous restoration. (Ord. 685. Passed 8-19-41.)
