901.01 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR OPENINGS; FEE.

(a) No person, other than the duly authorized employees of the Municipality, shall make any opening in the pavement of any street, alley, sidewalk or public way, unless a permit to make such opening has been issued. (Ord. 685. Passed 8-19-41.)

(b) A fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) shall be charged at the time the permit is issued to cover the costs of inspection and supervision of the restoration.
