753.14 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS.
(a) Material Requirements. The operator agrees that substantial failure to comply with any material requirement set forth in these customer service standards shall constitute a failure to comply with a material provision of this chapter.
(b) City’s Remedies for Failure To Comply With These Customer Service Standards. The City asserts that it reserves all remedies available to it under Federal, State or local law for a failure by the operator to comply with these standards.
(c) Liability for Contractors’/Subcontractors’ Failure to Comply. The operator shall be liable for any breach of these customer service standards committed by its contractors, subcontractors or agents just as if the operator itself has committed the breach.
