753.07 INSTALLATION AND SERVICE.
(a) The operator shall provide installation services including initial installation, connection of additional outlets and upgrading of Service continuously during normal business hours on weekdays and Saturdays. The operator shall schedule supplemental hours based on community needs at the operator’s discretion.
(b) The operator shall provide installation throughout its franchise area on a nondiscriminatory basis.
(c) The subscriber shall be informed of appointment window alternatives. The appointment window alternatives shall be a two hour window in the morning or afternoon, as requested by the subscriber or potential subscriber, during which the operator’s work crew shall make every reasonable effort to install the necessary equipment to receive service.
(d) Unless a later date is requested by a potential subscriber, the operator shall complete standard installation of service for any new subscriber and any upgrade or downgrade for any existing subscriber within seven business days after any such request is received, provided that if weekend installation is requested, installation shall be completed by no later than the third Saturday following the date the request is received.
