753.03 SERVICE CENTERS.

   (a)   Location. The operator shall maintain at least one service center within the general area of the City. The operator shall notify the subscribers and the Safety-Service Director of any change in the location of this service center.

   (b)   Hours. The operator’s service centers shall be open continuously Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Additionally, based on community needs, the operator shall staff service centers for supplemented hours on weekdays and/or weekends.

   (c)   Other Requirements.

      (1)   The operator shall provide free demonstration of any equipment provided to subscribers.

      (2)   The service centers shall be designed and constructed so as to provide easy access for disabled persons.

      (3)   The operator shall maintain on file at each service center for public inspection copies of a subscriber information packet and promotional and general informational materials, including monthly bill stuffers.
