753.02 FRANCHISING AUTHORITY.

In addition to those standards outlined in Appendix “A”, the operator shall list in its announcements or meetings to subscribers the ICRC as a franchising authority in addition to the City. (Ord. 95-29. Passed 3-28-95.)
