745.06 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

   The Safety-Service Director, Fire Chief and all law enforcement officers of the Municipality shall have access to each trailer park at all reasonable times to inspect the same and ascertain whether this chapter is being complied with; and, whenever any person, firm, partnership or corporation conducting a trailer park is not maintaining it in a safe or sanitary condition, or contrary to the requirements and regulations set forth in the building, zoning, fire and sanitary ordinances, or the provisions of this chapter, it shall be the duty of the Safety-Service Director to enforce compliance therewith.
