745.04 RECORDS TO BE KEPT.

It shall be mandatory for the manager or caretaker of a duly licensed trailer park to provide a record of the names and addresses of the occupants of each trailer admitted to the trailer park site, the automobile license and the trailer license numbers. The manager or caretaker of the trailer park shall turn over each day to the Chief of Police, a record of all registrations and entries for the previous day, and shall exhibit any records to properly identified law enforcement agents upon their request.
