741.02 NO TEMPORARY STORES OR TRANSIENT DEALERS.

(a) No person shall engage in operating a temporary store for transient business, nor shall any person act as a transient dealer within the City of Sharonville.

(b) Failure to comply with this section shall constitute a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) per violation.

(c) Each day of operation in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2001-29. Passed 5-29-01.)
