725.02 CART PEDDLERS; FEE.

Peddlers selling foods, vegetables or goods of any kind from vehicles drawn by hand, shall pay a license fee of five dollars ($5.00) per annum for each vehicle used for such purpose. (Ord. 61-20. Passed 5-16-61.)
