725.01 VEHICLE PEDDLERS; FEE.

   All peddlers and vendors of food, vegetables, farm products, butter, eggs, fish, poultry, meat, coal, candy, bakery goods and other merchandise of any kind, from vehicles drawn by animals or motor power, shall pay a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per annum, for each vehicle used for such purposes. Provided, however that if the licenses shall be procured on or after July 1 of any calendar year, the license fee shall be five dollars ($5.00). (Ord. 61-20. Passed 5-16-61.)
