713.06 REGISTRATION RECORD.

Every owner, proprietor, lessee or keeper of a lodging house, inn, motel or hotel shall maintain his or her register records for a period of at least four years after entry of same on his or her records. (Ord. 2015-25. Passed 8-25-15.)
