713.01 INDECENCY PROHIBITED.

No person whether as an owner, proprietor, lessee or keeper shall permit a lodging house, inn, motel or hotel to be used as a home of ill-fame, brothel, bawdy house or disorderly house, for the purpose of prostitution, fornication or lewdness, or allow any lascivious adultery. (Ord. 61-20. Passed 5-16-61.)
