709.04 LICENSE TRANSFER; FEE.

The license shall not be transferable to any other person. The Safety-Service Director shall issue a license upon compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00) per year. (Ord. 61-20. Passed 5-16-61.)
