709.03 PHOTOGRAPH FOR LICENSE.

   After certification by the Police Department, a photograph to be furnished by the applicant, shall be affixed to the license.

   The license shall contain a description of the peddler, showing his height, age, weight, color of eyes, color of hair and any other pertinent physical aspects which the Police Department shall deem necessary.
