707.03 FEES

   The Safety-Service Director may grant a license to any person of good moral character who may apply therefore to own or operate an amusement center, upon such person first paying the Municipality an annual license fee as set in accordance with the fees and schedules for each activity as set forth in Part Seven of the Codified Ordinances of Sharonville.

   No license shall be granted to any person who has been convicted of any crime under the laws of the United States or of any state therein, and no license shall be granted to any person who is not an American citizen.
