701.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Business Regulation Code where another penalty is not otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
