565.08 RECORDS NOT TO BE PUBLIC.

All reports, records, photographs and fingerprints taken pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be private records of the Police Department, open to inspection only by City police officers or by persons having official duties to perform in connection therewith.

No person having access to such records shall disclose to anyone else, other than in the regular discharge of his duties, any information contained therein.
